About Nors Construction
Nors is a large Canadian equipment dealer. They work with businesses in construction, mining, forestry, and more. They basically sell, rent, and service heavy machines from top brands like Volvo and CASE, and they supply genuine OEM parts across the country. Their customers are other businesses, which means they need fast, reliable access to products, support, and service info.
When Nors came to us, their website wasn’t working well. It was difficult to use, key pages were confusing, and many visitors were leaving without taking any action. They explained that the site was built for free and managed by freelancers at first. That was fine in the early stages, but as their business grew and inventory got more complex, it couldn’t keep up. Things started breaking down, and they needed a proper digital setup to support their operations.
Services
Major Challenges They Faced

Poor User Experience
Given that their site was built for free, it felt misaligned with both their audience and business needs. From the homepage, navigation, and CTAs to the rest of the pages, everything had issues. Important pages were buried too deep. The imagery was sending the wrong message.
No Scalability
As they moved forward with the setup they initially chose, scaling became nearly impossible. It demanded too much time, too much money, and in the end, delivered nothing but disappointment.
Lack of B2B Functionality
The site wasn’t built with business users in mind. It lacked structure for product listings, had no proper flow for service requests, and didn’t support the kind of streamlined experience B2B clients expect.
How Did We Provide Solutions For These Challenges?
During our first free consultation, we walked them through everything we planned to do for them, and they seemed convinced and confident in our approach. The first thing we did was choose the right type of content management system that could meet their needs. Given the scale of their B2B operations, they needed a CMS that could support a multi-region and multi-segment site. And what could have been better than WordPress? It was not just a right fit but also super easy to manage internally. So, without any second thought, we moved ahead with WordPress.
