About Maholi
Maholi is a Canadian bedding manufacturer known for its premium duvets, pillows, and linens. They are based in Toronto and have been in the industry for over 30 years. They sell online and also work with big retail stores across North America.
When Maholi approached us, they wanted a website with a modern look that could support both direct-to-consumer shopping and wholesale visibility, without losing the premium feel of their brand. They wanted us to give their site a full makeover from refining the structure, simplifying product navigation, and showcasing their product lines in a way that speaks to both everyday shoppers and potential retail partners. They wanted a fast and intuitive site that reflects their scale, craftsmanship, and long-standing reputation in the bedding industry.
Services
Challenges They Faced Earlier

Cluttered Homepage Layout
Their old landing page featured too many sections above the fold, from featured products to sustainability badges, product carousels, and history blurbs, all competing for attention. Seems like a minor issue? Well, it threw off the entire visual hierarchy. Visitors were having a hard time focusing on the one thing they came for. It diluted the brand’s premium image and left the site feeling cluttered and overwhelming.
Weak Product Pages
Despite the premium appeal of their products, that same quality didn’t come through on the product pages. Most listings were barebones, featuring only a photo, a short description, and possibly a spec table. There was no storytelling, no fabric details, no close-ups and not even context around the Royal Elite or Ambassador lines. For a brand built on craftsmanship and ethical sourcing, the pages felt flat.
No Real Wholesale Flow
Maholi mentioned wholesale on their site, but that was about it. There wasn’t a dedicated section or any clear path for retail buyers to explore partnership options. Features like login access, tiered pricing, or catalog previews were missing entirely. For a company supplying major retailers, that’s a serious disconnect. The site focused entirely on everyday shoppers, leaving wholesale partners out of the experience.
Solutions We Offered
The homepage was a bit confusing, so we rebuilt it with a purpose. Our focus was on creating a clean layout, building clear sections, and letting the space do its job. Instead of stacking promotions, badges, product sliders, and brand history all above the fold, we rebuilt the page with a clear visual rhythm. Every section now serves a role. For example, the hero banner makes an immediate brand statement, the intro builds trust, and high-intent product categories guide users deeper into the site. The result is a homepage that doesn’t just look better, it has started performing better. Visitors get a clear sense of what Maholi stands for and where to go next, whether they are browsing for a new duvet or exploring the brand for the first time.
